ADP managed the final stages of an Advice UK Department of International Development funded project to establish independent advice centres in Slovakia. This included delivering a training support programme and one to one service reviews with individual centre managers. In addition ADP provided one to one support to the Network director and assisted in developing a strategic development plan for the network.
