Hillingdon Law Centre
Hillingdon Law Centre provides advice and assistance to people living in the London Borough of Hillingdon on a range of social welfare law issues. ADP worked with the Law Centre to evaluate the team structure and offering recommendations for the best structure for the Centre. ADP involved both staff and management committee members in the consultation and produced a report making recommendations on the most effective way to implement the new structure and manage change.
