ADP was contracted to produce an initial project proposal that identified the need for an income maximisation project within the Royal Borough and identified potential geographical coverage, specific target groups, performance indicators and baseline data and initial targets for the service. The proposal was developed in line with the Borough’s move towards applying for a Local Area Agreement and included consultation with key stakeholders from the voluntary, community and statutory sectors and offered recommendations for the best model of service delivery to be implemented.
