Law Centres Federation
The Law Centres Federation acts as co-ordinating body and as the voice of law centres throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland. ADP has worked with LCF on a range of different projects over the last few years. ADP delivered a series of supervision workshops across England and Wales. More recently ADP worked with LCF’s London region to produce an effective governance manual to be used by Law Centre’s Board Members and Trustees to ensure Law Centres deliver the best possible service to their clients and the local community. The manual includes sections on governance, the roles and responsibilities of Board members, strategic planning, financial management and human resources. In addition, ADP have also been working with LCF staff and the Executive Committee to facilitate a strategic planning day to consider the future direction and key aims of the organisation.
