London Libraries Development Agency (LLDA)
The LLDA was created to develop and implement a co-ordinated strategic vision for library and information services across London. ADP worked with LLDA to map, analyse and report on current information service delivery across London’s libraries. The final report included a mapping table of existing services that acted as a resource for both librarians and members of the public to identify available services.
