Legal Services Commission (LSC)
The LSC is an executive non-departmental public body that looks after legal aid and is responsible for ensuring that people get the information, advice and legal help they need to deal with a range of everyday issues. ADP has worked with the LSC’s Supplier Development Group on a number of Quality Mark projects, particularly on support programmes for smaller community groups. Work includes facilitating the development of the casework standard for women, drafting revised Quality Mark application materials, mapping quality standards against the Quality Mark including detailed work with the Commission for Racial Equality to develop their organisational standard.
