National Occupational Standards for Legal Advice
ADP worked with a range of organisations to support the development of National Occupational Standards for the legal advice sector.
This has been a major piece of work and has involved bringing together legal advice providers from the not-for-profit, private and public sectors to develop the standards. ADP forms the Project Facilitation Team that provides information, advice and support to those agencies participating in the project. The project has involved a workforce survey, an organisational survey, consulting on the standards and the development of a foundation degree framework.
