Oxford House Immigration Project
Oxford House represents and advocates on behalf of individuals with immigration issues at the Home Office and Immigration Courts. ADP was commissioned to produce a strategic plan to clarify the direction of the service. Development of the plan included external analysis, consultation with the Project Director and the Immigration Service Manager and analysis of the current internal situation and further consultation from the Project’s Management Committee.
