RAMP
RAMP delivers services for refugees and asylum seekers in the London Borough of Newham. ADP facilitated an away day for RAMP’s staff to consider who uses RAMP’s services and whether the needs of these users had changed. The day was used to identify changes to needs and to develop proposals for changes that the service needed to make to adapt its service to meet new needs. An action plan was developed as a result of the discussions on the day that led to a number of changes in the service delivery model used by the service.
