Shelter
Shelter is a national charity that works to improve the lives of homeless and badly housed people. ADP worked with Shelter’s Legal Team to carry out an organisational review of the team’s management structure and systems. ADP was contracted to provide interim management for the team while the new structures were implemented and recruitment to key posts took place. This is involved both strategic and day-to-day management including staff supervision, financial management, planning, budgeting and representing the Legal Team in all aspects of their work internally and externally.
