Rebirth of the Land of Siberia
ADP secured funding from the British Council and TASCIS for a number of projects with the main NGO network in Siberia, Russia. This included producing an on-line advice management training programme, writing a training manual that has subsequently been distributed to local government, libraries and NGOs across Siberia. ADP also provided training programmes in Siberia and worked closely with Rebirth staff on a support programme that included study visits to the UK and USA.
