Facilitation
Many organisations we work with prefer to engage us as independent facilitators, for example in staff and board planning events and areas of their work where conflict has arisen.
As an independent organisation we are able to take an objective view on these issues and utilise the skills of the ADP team to ensure that all individuals and groups within an organisation are meaningfully involved in the processes of planning and conflict resolution.
