Feasibility
ADP has undertaken a range of scoping studies and feasibility exercises in to the development of new services and reviews of existing ones. The ADP team will work with key stakeholders in our client’s organisations, including board members, elected members in local authorities, senior management, other management levels, staff and service users to ensure plans are implemented, services are delivered effectively and meet the needs of service users.
ADP worked with the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to provide guidance regarding the need for a number of services to be developed to reduce poverty and debt in the borough.
ADP has worked with the following clients in determining the feasibility of services: Cardiff Law Centre, Hillingdon Law Centre, London Borough of Newham Interpreters Project, London Borough of Newham Adviceline.
