Impact Assessment
Impact assessment is used primarily by local authorities and government departments to measure the longer-term improvements on individuals and communities of services provided.
ADP was commissioned by the Social Regeneration Unit at the London Borough of Newham to design an impact assessment framework for a major multi-stranded programme of services aimed at enhancing the social inclusion of local communities.
ADP worked with the Unit and local service providers to develop an extensive set of impact assessment tools for individual projects and their clients. ADP also carried out the initial impact assessment to measure the success of the projects and the impact on their clients.
