Interim Management

ADP has provided interim management involving ADP staff working on a short-term basis within an organisation.

This involved ADP staff providing dedicated time to organisations and representing the organisation as well as assisting them achieve their milestones and goals. During interim management assignments ADP staff are more likely to be based within the commissioning organisation in order to better deal with the day-to-day management issues that arise.

ADP worked with the Legal Services Team at Shelter, the national homelessness charity, during a period of change to provide interim management while the new team manager was recruited.

ADP has also carried out interim management functions in the development of the Performance Improvement Hub for NCVO and Charities Evaluation Services.
