Policy
We tend to work on policy in conjunction with front line service providers and network organisations that want to change the perceptions about an issue or raise awareness of an issue relating to a specific client group.
ADP worked with local and national staff from Refuge to highlight the financial literacy needs of women who have fled or are living with domestic violence and drew attention to the barriers faced when dealing with financial institutions.
ADP staff are the authors of a range of publications covering good practice in quality assurance, management and service delivery.
