Project Management
ADP staff often work with our clients on the overall planning and co-ordination of a project from inception to completion and work to meet the client's requirements and ensuring completion of the project on time, within cost and to required quality standards.
ADP currently provides project management to the National Occupational Standards for Legal Advice Project through our contract with the Legal Services Commission. This involves managing a national project bringing together a range of voluntary, private and public sector organisations to develop national standards for the provision of legal advice.
ADP has also worked on projects for Advice UK, Mind, NCVO and Rebirth of the Land of Siberia Foundation.
