Strategic Direction
ADP works with clients to define and present a clear, coherent and realistic view of what the client’s organisation wants to achieve.
This often includes a three-year strategic overview of how they will set about achieving their aims. We develop strategic or business plans for organisations by working closely with them to shape their future direction and draw on and enhance existing skills.
ADP has worked with staff at the Limehouse Project for a number of years to assist with project development and to help implement change. ADP has supported the project to introduce a number of new services and to review existing services to ensure the needs of the local community are being met.
