Alison Lamb — Director
Alison is the Director of ADP having been successfully self employed for over 6 years, initially as a sole trader, then forming ADP in 2002. Alison has a high profile in the advice sector having worked on a range of programmes with local authorities, voluntary and community organisations both in the UK and in Eastern Europe. Alison previously worked as Director of National Services at FIAC (now Advice UK), as area development officer for Citizens Advice and as manager of a large inner city Citizens Advice Bureau.
As sole owner of ADP Alison oversees the values and direction of ADP and its work, oversees all contracts and staff. Alison has extensive experience of advice service delivery, management of change and sustainability through strategic planning and quality assurance. More recently Alison has gained a coaching and mentoring qualification and is currently studying psychology to further develop ADP’s support on individual and organisational change.
David Garner — Operational Director
David joined ADP in 2005 from Shelter where he was Advice Support Services Manager. David is an experienced project manager with considerable strategic & business planning, fundraising and service development experience. David is responsible for specific projects and oversees the quality control of ADP’s work.
David’s work at Shelter involved the development and delivery of direct services to the public, supporting a network of housing aid centres through the provision of support services including information, ICT, monitoring & evaluation systems and legal support .
Yve Schelhaas — Consultant
Yve joined ADP in 2005 from the Legal Services Commission where she was a senior manager in the Supplier Development Group. Yve has extensive experience of service delivery and project management gained in the voluntary and public sectors. Yve is responsible for specific projects and brings considerable skills in strategic planning, workforce development, evaluation and service delivery.
She has previous, direct experience of setting up and running front-line services and her work at the Commission included key projects to develop direct services to the public and strategic initiatives to support the infrastructure of advice delivery.
Yve is qualified as a coach mentor and has worked with a wide range of individuals in the public and voluntary sectors.
Bijal Shah — Administrator
Bijal has over 8 years experience working in the not for profit sector delivering IT & Administrative services. As a result of this work she is familiar with the needs of the sector, both at a frontline and strategic level.
Her experience includes database integration of contact management, membership, subscription and financial systems. This experience has provided her with strong diagnostic, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation skills, especially in relation to IT projects.
Her role at ADP Consultancy has largely been in a supportive capacity providing day-to-day administration, support on finance functions, implementation of IT systems and project administration.
More recently she has also been involved in providing data analysis for a number of the contracts that ADP has delivered.
