Training
ADP offers in-house training directly to clients and organise and delivers short training courses for a range of training providers.
We specialise in training around our key areas of work including strategic planning, governance, funding, management, HR and good practice in relation to the delivery of advice services.
Our courses are designed to meet the needs of our individual clients and are flexible in the approaches we take to providing training or form part of a package such as working with a local authority to explain funding conditions to local community groups, developing a governance manual and training programme for Law Centres Federation, team building and employment processes.
